Why is support so important?

If the software is so good and easy to use, why do I need support?

This is a common question we get, and the answer is straightforward. Take into account all the other potential issues apart from the software: hardware problems (like your hard drive, memory, video card, etc.), the operating system (such as Windows), power outages, local area networks, other applications (including virus checkers, spyware, and real viruses), and importantly, people (technicians, so-called computer experts, etc.). Any of these factors can lead to complications with your computer and may jeopardize your data in the repair order software.

We recommend calling us on the phone. After all, when you need help, you usually need it right away! The repair order software is just as important as your phone; it is very difficult to run your business without it. Quite frankly, if you can’t call the software company and ask them a question, you really don’t have support! Make sure that before you purchase any program for your auto repair business or any other repair business, you call the company first.

We can use Remote Control to access your computer:

Remote software only grants us access to your computer when you provide us with your code. This ensures your security. You can see everything we’re doing, and usually, we’re on the phone with you at the same time. High-speed internet is required. This is the fastest way to receive assistance for your work order software and to get your repair shop up and running efficiently.

Yearly Support (if purchased):

We do not force you to buy support. (Our program will not coincidently crash if your support is expired!)

All programs come with one year of support. (If you’re a subscriber, support is always included!) When we say a year, we mean a year- not just six hours in a year! If you encounter issues with your auto, boat, or other repair shop, you wouldn’t want a time limit on the support you could receive, would you? Some software companies claim to offer a year of support, but restrict you to a certain number of hours!

It is important to mention that our support and upgrade package is quite affordable.

We offer email support, but it’s only checked on weekdays during business hours. We manage our own support and do not outsource, ensuring you speak with our most qualified technicians.

How can we offer you this level of support and still stay in business?

It’s simple, really. We don’t have separate support staff to pay, nor do we need one because our support issues are minimal. This is due to our software running smoothly and reliably. If someone discovers a genuine bug in the program, we don’t place it on a list; we fix it immediately.

What about Updates? Do they come with support?

Updates are provided as a package with support.

An update involves the improvements made to the software to fix issues, introduce new features, or modify elements to enhance the program’s usability and efficiency.
