1.Added: When processing a zero or negative balance in the Point of Sale, there is a warning so you have to click YES to process.
2.Added: Ability to add a QR code to an invoice that has either a Venmo or Paypal link, or both. This allows the customer to pay with one of those payment methods. You can put the appropriate username(s) in the Company Setup.
3.Added: VMTInvoice164 as a sample of how the QR Codes work. Just put your user-name in the fields in Company Setup under Other Settings
4.Changed: In the labor form, moved the "Issue" above the Labor done. The Issue prints on some but not all invoices. This is for the original issue, the reason the labor is going to get done. Many did not know it existed, so now it's obvious. If it seriously gets in your way, let us know.
5.The Issue is now in the Labor Browse under the Repair Order... just scroll to the right. (You can change the browse labor items to show the Issue First, Click on this Link for further Instructions)
6.Added: You can sort the labor by issue (by right clicking on the R button). This makes it easy to determine what labor item should be done first, second, etc. To make this work, put a 1. in the issue, a 2. in the next issue, etc. Then sort. Or, you can simply move the labor item up and down in the list.
7.Added: an Aging Report in Report Writer under Work Orders.
8.Fixed: Tool-tip in Labor Browse. If you hover above the 2nd light, it shows date and time started, etc. Estimated hours was incorrect.
9.Added: Tool-tip in Labor Browse. Hover above the description and it will show the Issue so you don't have to scroll to see it.
10. Changed: In the customer browse with the Last Name Tab selected, it should now automatically do a secondary sort of the first name as well. Let us know if it slows things down.
11. Changed: Inventory field Mfg to 30 characters, like it should have been. This way it will pull in the mfg field into the parts in an RO when an inventory item is selected.
File Structure Changes:
Company - Added 2 fields for user names for Paypal and Venmo
ListPart (Inventory) - Changed Mfg field to 30 characters.
