Added: Allow the package price to be added to Parts, Labor, or Other. The default is usually Detail where the package price is irrelevant.

Fixed: We were shipping the wrong runtimes which could cause a problem when printing Report Manager Invoices.

Fixed: In the Point of Sale, if the inventory description was over 30 characters (40 is the max), the Point of Sale would only show 30 characters.
