1.Added: Ability to Email the PDF with a message of a Purchase Order using the new PO Reports in the report writer and the new previewer. Click on the rightmost Email button in the print preview.

2.Fixed: BCC in the Email screen when emailing a PO was too short. Changed it to 127 characters.

3.Added: Browse All RO screen now remembers the filter settings for 'Use Date Range', 'Status Filter', and 'Balance Filter' even if you exit the program. This can be different on each computer.

4.Changed: The HTML editor in the reminder list Templates. The old one was failing because MS changed the browser and the HTML Engine.

a.Changed: The HTML screens in the Email Screen when Emailing an Invoice, or a Purchase Order.

b.Added: You can now view the Email Templates for Invoices, Purchase Orders, and general Email separately. They also only show the Email templates for Invoices when sending an Invoice, and the same for Purchase Orders. This keeps the reminder templates out of the way.  

5.Changed: In the customer record you can select to send a note to the customer as a Text, Email, and now Both.

6.Added: Reminder Templates and Reminders are main icons on the main screen.

7.Added: Other date in the unit/vehicle record. This allows you to have an other date for use in sending out batches of emails to customers.

8.Added: Mfg date, Other date, Inspection Date, Last Service Date, Next Service date to the labor category record. This allows you to automatically add a date to the unit/vehicle when you complete a work order invoice. For instance if you have an inspection or multiple inspection labor items and you put them under the inspection category, you can have the program automatically fill out the inspection date with today's date when the invoice is completed.

9.Added: Right click on the vehicle dates and it will fill in today's date automatically. There is also an icon to the right of the Next Service date button to help you find a date.
