Subscribers must update to this version (or greater)!
So, unfortunately on 6/6/22 our web hosting providers decided to move our entire site, email, and ftp to a new address. We managed to get our website up and running, and took a bit of doing to get our email to work again.
But.
In order to send out expiration update codes so subscribers get a code that keeps the program running for another month, we use what they call FTP. Basically it's a storage area on our web host to store files. We send a file, and Digital Wrench gets the file and keeps your program running.
Unfortunately Digital Wrench doesn't know the new address, and because it's built into the code, the program needs to be updated to use the new address.
So, that's the reason you need to update to this version so you can get your subscription codes. Fortunately, if you are a subscriber your updates are free, as well as any support to help you upgrade.
However, if you can upgrade on your own that would be helpful. We have a lot of folks that are going to be needing this upgrade. Please be patient (and leave a message when you call), but we need to get it done before your program expires. You can go to File / Expiration Update to see when your program will expire.
