Version 5.6.00 - February 26, 2020
•Changed: Statements printed from the Cash / Print Statements menu now have a Grand Total for each Statement.
•Added: Customer Parts History to Point of Sale. Click the Icon with the gear.
•Added: You can drag one of the parts in history to the Find Part# (F5) button, and that part will get added to the Point of Sale screen. The part must be in inventory, as all parts, to add them to the Point of Sale screen.
•Fixed: When adding parts to the Cross Reference file, the second parts lookup was not functional.
•Fixed: When receiving zero parts in a purchase order item it didn't show it was backordered. Now, it does.
•Added: Location field available when you receive parts in the Purchase Order. You can also change the location while receiving.
•Added: Browse Box Formatting to the Scheduled Reminders. This way you can print the list in any order.
•Added: In the Point of Sale, there is a button to 'Get Invoices'. This gets all COMPLETED invoices that still have a balance. It will show the invoice# instead of the part number, and the Year, Make, and Model in the description. The line item is marked with an 'I' (for invoice). You can also sell items like you could do before. If you do that, you will of course end up with the items you are selling on a separate invoice. If you are paying for an invoice, you cannot make a partial payment or split payments. You must pay in full. Remember, the invoice must have already been completed from the main program.
•Added: A checkmark next to the Get invoices button on the Point of sale. If this is checked, the original invoice will print.
•FILE STRUCTURE CHANGE in Salesfile.tps (used for Point of Sale)
•FILE STRUCTURE CHANGE in parts.dat (used for work order parts)
