•Added: Security for RO Notes for Add, change, and Delete.

•Added: User Stamp so you know who added the original note. This is not the technician, but the signed in user.

•Fixed: All RO Screen can now be re-sized without falling apart.

•Fixed: If you change the labor rate in Company Setup to override the labor rate in the labor list, and it was a flat rate, it would override the flat rate. Now flat rates are never overridden.

•Added Clearent as a Credit Card provider to Digital Wrench. With this addition you'll be able to store tokens so you can charge the credit card later if the customer is not there. This will work great for over the phone transactions. This new provider supplies a small credit card machine that can print the credit card receipts, swipe, tap, and insert the cards, as well as for signatures. For transactions Digital Wrench will alert the machine to the amount, you simply insert, tap, or swipe the card, and Digital Wrench will retrieve allowable card information and store it in the payment log for that invoice/Work Order. You can also void or refund a payment in the payment log without having to log into the online system or use the credit card machine.

•Fixed: Regression: Transferring a vehicle to another customer did not work.

•Added: Spell Check to the Notes memo in the RO.

 

Sooo.. Google is changing things up again, so you might have to re-do how our software sends email with Gmail. Here is the new way to allow Digital Wrench to use Gmail for sending Email...
