•Added: Year, Make, Model, VIN/HIN, Tag# to Browse All RO's table.
•Added: Query to Browse All RO's table. This includes a field at the bottom so you can include that in your queries. So for instance if you wanted to search by Make, create a query where Make contains the ScreenField. That way you can just type in different things in the screen field and use the same query. I could then search for Ford's or Chevy's.
•Changed: Query in $ screen can now search for items that contain 'SearchStuff', the field at the top under the Search Tab. With this you can search for invoices that have balances > 100 for instance. Or search for balances = 0 so you can print just invoices that have zero balances. Lots of possibilities here.
•Added: Backup can backup semi-automatically. This means that when you exit the program, the backup just runs automatically and backs the data up to the last place. Use this with caution. Should probably not be used on a network if there is a possibility that any other Digital Wrench programs are running.
•Fixed: When adding a revision by using the revision signature at the bottom of the screen, amounts over 100,000 would calculate incorrectly when figuring the previous revisions.
•Added: The new report previewer for Report Manager Invoices now has a button to use the messaging Email screen. You can either email directly or use the Email Messaging screen which allows you to send a message or a mail merge letter with your invoice (which is attached as a PDF.)
•Changed: SendTo, the program that allows us to create reports from browse screens has been updated.
•Added: SendTo in RO Parts history will show subtotals if you sort on Part Number or Vendor.
•Added: In RO Parts History, click on the graph, then click on the Data tab. You can now print this information or export it using the SendTo button.
•Added: In the $ screen, if you sort by Machine#, then you will get subtotals for each vehicle when printing with SendTo.
•Added: For Inventory Screen the ability to skip or hide the location field.
•Fixed: For Inventory screen the ability to skip or hide the MFG field and the Serial# field. These settings are in the Company Setup under Screen settings and must be setup for each computer on the LAN.
•Added: If you sort on Category or Vendor by clicking in the header for Category or Vendor, the SendTo report will show subtotals.
•Added: When adding a part in the RO by typing in the Part# or UPC code at the bottom, if the part# or UPC code is not found, you will be offered the opportunity to Add that part right away to the actual inventory. Then of course you can select it.
•Added: Pick List in Point of Sale. This runs a report in Report Manager called POSPickList.rpt. You can change this report to suit what you need. There is a VMTPosPickList.rpt which is the master report. If we update it, you'll need to copy it to POSPickList.rpt to get any new changes WE make.
