If you get an error 9000 it means that your program is expired and you cannot use it. If you are on a subscription this may happen if your payment didn't go through or there was a glitch in the process. You can solve it easily by calling us.

 

Click on the update button to get numbers from us. Or, click on the update button then click on the 'Get Online Code' button on that screen to see if we have already sent out a code.

If it is the weekend, this code should not occur. But if it does, call the tech support number and LEAVE A MESSAGE telling us you have an Error code 9000, with your phone number.
