Errorcode 5000 means you have 5 days or less before your program expires. If you are on subscription you can call to get a code, or click on the 'Update Program' Button.

 

You can click 'Continue' to keep using the program.

 

You may have received this if you just purchased the program. We always give a 30 day code before we give a forever code.

 

If you are on a subscription, you will get this every time your subscription is going to expire, usually every 30 days.
