This shows the daily transactions for the day.

 

The browse will show all transactions for any days that you have not reconciled the cash drawer. The cash drawer reconcile is an end of day function and should be done everyday. If you don't care about your cash drawer, try to do it once a week. All of the data when purged gets copied into the cash history, and the totals for each day are added to the monthly file which has each days totals only.
